Fruit kabob fun

My little sister Scout (age 7)and I decided it would be fun to make some fruit kabobs after we saw some pictures that looked yummy on Pintrest. We went to the store and got cantaloupe ,honeydew strawberries, and pineapple after getting over the disappointment that all the watermelons and fresh pineapple were from Mexico we got a can of pineapple and some skewers.
I never thought that putting fruit on sticks could be so exciting and sticky,LOL While skewering the fruit my 13 year old sister Brooklyn asks what language kebab is from then proceeds to say maybe its Jamacka.. I looked at her then started laughing I think you mean Jamaican??! HAHA
We made about 15 or so. It's Certainly a great way to get everyone to eat fruit and an awesome way to have fun with your siblings.
And that's a fun little Tid Bit from our summer :) Keep Checking in for more funny stories.

Summer Tid Bits

Summer has just began in my house! Things are about to get even more crazy and fun with all 5 of us kids still living at home ages 21 to 7 we are bound to have some adventures! Today we went to get Starbucks something we don't enjoy often after the shock of mom is letting us have Starbucks cleared up and as we were making the staff nervous with six different orders my 11 year old Cowboy brother informs me that he will order a drink for now but he doesn't feel it's right because they support gays and are anti guns.... I thanked him for the update and was proud that someone so young was actually paying attention to what's going on in this world and understood right from wrong. We've got a great Patriot on our hands!! Stayed tuned for more fun tid bits From the Harden Fab Five.
